Because of the way we raise our cattle, people often refer to our cows as  “Happy Cows”. So it is only fitting that we should have a special relationship with the “ La Vaquita Feliz “ Carniceria in Melaque Mexico.” La Vaquita Feliz” means “The Happy Cow” in Spanish.
